G-String Bikini

Not quite ready to wear your favorite g-string bikini to the beach? Are you worried that your behind is not shapely enough? Well, don’t worry. You can always do certain exercises that will help you tone up your butt, as well as your thighs and legs. These exercises don’t even have to take up too much of your time. Keep in mind that these exercises will not only make you look more aesthetically pleasing, they’ll also make you healthier as well. Below are just some tips that you might want to follow so that you’ll be on your way to having a shapelier body.

* Walk more each day.

What’s great about walking is that you can do it anytime, anywhere. If you’re not used to walking much each day, walk at a pace that’s comfortable for you, then try to speed up each day. It would also be good for you to spend at least 30 minutes a day walking, but these can be in 10-minute increments. Be careful, though, because walking fast increases one’s heart rate, and can make you feel tired easily.

* Try hiking.

Be one with nature as you traverse grassy slopes or earthy trails. Enjoy the experience and take a few pictures now and then. If you’re a nature lover, this will be fun and fulfilling for you. If you haven’t hiked before, then you should know that walking uphill is very good for toning your butt. Don’t have time for hiking or just not into the nature scene? A good alternative would be to take the stairs instead of the elevator. It may sound cliche, but it does work in toning your behind.

* Ride a bike.

Make it a habit to ride a bike whenever you can. It would be good for you to ride a bike at least three times a week, 30 minutes each timne. Not only will this tone your backside, but it will also give you firmer thighs and legs as well. Not to mention that it burns a substantial amount of calories.

* Do the bridge pose.

Lie down on your back, with your feet apart and knees bent. Put your hands on the floor beside your head, then lift your hips and butt, forming the shape of a bridge with your body. After a few seconds of doing the pose, slowly lower your body until you’re lying on the floor again. Repeat thrice. Rest for a few seconds, then begin again.  This exercise can make your back more flexible.

Even if it’s not summer, get into the habit of doing these exercises. This way, not only will you look very sexy in that g-string bottom of yours, you’ll also maintain a firm and well-toned body all-year round.
